Hannah Williams, RD, LDN, CSP, CSO

Whether you're recovering from an injury, supporting an active lifestyle, managing a medical condition, or navigating nutrition needs for yourself and your family, Hannah is here to help you gain confidence in how you fuel your body. She specializes in bridging the gap between clinical nutrition and real-world application, whether that means optimizing recovery, supporting rehabilitation, improving energy, or building sustainable habits that enhance long-term health. Hannah's approach meets you where you are. She will combine evidence-based nutrition guidelines and medical nutrition therapy with realistic strategies that fit your daily routine. Her goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, explore challenges, and develop tools that help you reach your goals and sustain them long after.

Hannah earned her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University before completing her dietetic internship at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. Since becoming a dietitian in 2011, she has maintained specialty certifications in pediatric nutrition (CSP) and oncology nutrition (CSO), and has completed her certification as an intuitive eating counselor. This diverse background allows her to take a flexible, holistic approach focused on performance, healing, and whole-person health for individuals of all ages.

Outside of her work, Hannah enjoys water sports, yoga, swimming, and spending time with her family.
